- Convert quantitative and qualitative client data, ideas from our team of experts, and your creative vision into fully executable designs
- Deeply understand our clients in order to design experiences that deliver clinical outcomes and client awe
- Intentionally craft every stage of the client journey including physical products, mobile consumer software, therapeutic content, human care delivery, and more

Sound Like You? 🎧
- Experience: 8+ years as a Product or UI/UX designer with a proven track record (and portfolio) of building an exceptional consumer software product; highly skilled in Adobe XD/Figma/Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
- Mission-Obsessed: You have a deep personal connection to our mission and artistic vision for crafting psychedelic therapy experiences
- Wildly Creative: You’re a multidisciplinary creative with the proven skills to lead visual design (UI), interaction design (UX), experiential design, physical design, and creative content
- Player-Coach: You still roll up your sleeves to ship research, flows, and pixel-perfect designs, and you know how to build a diverse, stunning team
- Puts Clients First: You have deep client empathy and a track record of conducting extensive customer research and interviews
